This document explains what personal data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What data we process
When you visit this site we don't collect any personal data that would identify you. We don't use cookies beyond strictly technical ones.
Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics (anonymised, cookieless, IP addresses not stored in original form). We collect only aggregate metrics: visit count, country, device, time on page, clicks on the contact email and downloads of sample reports.
When you email us: we process your email address and the content of your message to reply and, where relevant, prepare a contract.
Voluntary: providing personal data (e.g. your email when contacting us) is entirely voluntary.
Children: our services are not directed at persons under 16. We do not knowingly process their data.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for anonymous visitor metrics and site security.
Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — for email communication with potential clients.
No automated decision-making. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making under Art. 22 GDPR.
Retention period
Analytics metrics: retained by Vercel for a maximum of 90 days in anonymised aggregate form.
Email communication: retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact or until the contract ends, whichever is later. Accounting documents arising from the contract under the Slovak Accounting Act.
Recipients of the data
We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Processors handling data on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. — site hosting and analytics (USA, Standard Contractual Clauses)
- Email service provider (EU)
- External accountant (Slovakia) — if a contractual relationship arises
International transfers: only Vercel Inc. (USA) under Standard Contractual Clauses. Other recipients process data within the EU.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right:
- to access your personal data
- to have them corrected or erased
- to have processing restricted
- to object to processing
- to data portability
- to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk)
